HIGH EFFICIENCY ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION CHAMBER with §15a B-VG and "BlmSchV - Stufe 2" CERTIFICATE.Thanks to an innovative system made by Pertinger in association with the Vienna Universityof Technology, clean air no longer goes through the ash box but is preheated at high temperatures inside special gaps on the sides of the combustion chamber after which it is let into the chamber from the top. Besides the usual primary combustion this means we can have a secondary combustion which is triggered by the gases produced by the wood. The high temperatures resulting from this generate a pyrolysis that is able to burn wood almost completely with a considerable reduction in consumption, while the precombustion of the gases ensures cleaner combustion. The total exploitation of the wood reduces the deposit of ash which, with the air let in from the top, is nearly all collected in the ash-box without it going into the environment. The emission values are already in line with the new and more restrictive standards that will be going into force in 2015. |

EXTERNAL AIR INTAKEToday, to waste less energy, houses are built with increasingly efficient insulation systems which prevent the cold outdoor air getting inside. All stoves need a good supply of air to work well. Pertinger stoves have an air intake to connect directly to outdoors to guarantee better performance. So there is no need to open doors or windows any more. This system is essential for buildings declared Climate Houses or Passive Houses. |

REAR SMOKE PASSUnlike traditional wood stoves where the smoke pass only heats the area around the stove, the Pertinger stoves also have a smoke pass at the back. This guarantees a more even cooking temperature which is the secret behind the success of your food and also offers an exceptional heating capacity of more than 80% in stoves with oven and at least 75% in stoves without an oven. The complete cladding of the flue in refractory bricks also accumulates and conserves the heat longer. |

AIR SYSTEMThe new demands in home furnishing see more and more requests to have the stove set between units. Air System cools the sides and is IMQ certified IMQ (prot. PO-09-041) which, thanks to the natural circulation of air makes it possible to fit the stove in safely at a minimum distance from flammable surfaces. As this system does not entail the use of fans it consumes no electricity and there is no annoying noise or flying dust. |

ADJUSTABLE BASEThe stove can be adjusted so it is perfectly level with the adjacent units thanks to a special patented telescopic base that allows it to be adjusted from 85 to 91 cm in height. |
