An endless source of clean energy that is safe and economical

Pertinger's technological commitment is aimed mainly at three goals: to give the stove maximum functionality, to give wellbeing to the home and those who live there and to respect nature thanks to an eco-sustainable production of heat. This is how cutting edge solutions are created, like the highly efficient ecological combustion chamber, designed by company staff together with the Vienna University of Technology TUW and certified §15a B-VG and "BImSchV - Stoves 2" for use in all of Europe, in line with the new and more restrictive standards that will be going into force in 2015.

Thanks to a completely innovative system, clean air no longer goes through the ash box but is preheated at high temperatures inside special gaps along the sides of the combustion chamber and then let into the chamber itself from above. Besides the usual primary combustion this means we can have a secondary combustion which is triggered by the gases produced by the wood. The high temperatures resulting from this generate a pyrolysis that is able to burn wood almost completely with a considerable reduction in consumption, while the precombustion of the gases ensures cleaner combustion. The total exploitation of the wood reduces the deposit of ash which, with the air let in from the top, is nearly all collected in the ash-box without it going into the environment. Software is available for the Pertinger biological combustion chamber that calculates the smoke pass designed by Österreichischer Kachelofenverband so the stove-maker can integrate a radiating stove with the kitchen with absolutely optimum technical features.
