Special heating solutions
All Pertinger kitchens and heating stoves* can be equipped with a special combustions diversion valve that can deviate the same fumes from the combustion chamber to the mass heat storage with radiant walls that could be placed in the same room or in an adjacent room. The advantages of this system are many and allow a dynamic management of the produced heat. Therefore, when the desired temperature is reached in the kitchen, you can decide to move the heat produced to another room. In this way, while you are preparing tasty meals on your Pertinger stove, you can heat the environment where you will relax and see a great movie after dinner. The heat storage system does not require the heater or radiant wall to be fed continuously. With just a few loads of wood, you will reach the ideal temperature and will it release, thanks to irradiation, a pleasant warmth for several hours after. This type of heating, for many years used in the Nordic countries, makes use of the same principle with which the sun heats the Earth through electromagnetic waves. Having a wavelength in the infrared range, they penetrate the air without heating it and only when encountering solids, they release heat.
This effect is particularly evident in very sunny winter days in which, despite the air is very cold, the skin will feel the warm rays of the sun. In fact, in addition to ultra-violet rays that generate tanning, it also emits infrared radiation particularly beneficial for humans as they are able to penetrate the surface layer of the skin giving the warmth and helthy pleasure that can improve your metabolism, stimulate the immune system and improve blood circulation, thus alleviating rheumatic problems. Another advantage of radiant heat is that it does not release fumes and does not move dust into the surrounding environment. The natural convective movement of air is smaller than the traditional forced convective heating (hot air flow produced by the annoying fans) and does not cause dryness of air due to the circulation of warm dust, thus preventing problems to the respiratory tract, the mucous membrane and the eyes.
